Making Back Braces with a radius jig.

Got a new way of doing something? Or maybe an old method that needs some clarification.

Attached is a short video clip of me using a radius jig to make back braces, This video clip was made as a demo for my students. Its a quick and easy way to get an even radius every time.

Nice tip Strato.
I plane the bottoms into a radius shape using a shooting board, and then finish it with sandpaper in the radius dish (which is a bit fiddly). I think your method would be faster, and very worthwhile if you are doing a lot of braces for multiple builds.
Thanks
Mark
