Trevor has commissioned 6 instruments from me over the last couple of years. He's hoping this is his last, but he said that 3 ukes ago.
It's a 16" long neck concert that will be used to perform. He has another of mine that is strung with a low G in Worth Browns. This he wanted very bright and punchy with a high G in Worth Clears for some of his music.
Custom engraving on the peg head of his design in ebony, with a 12-16" compound radius on a ebony fret board. Bindings are Beef Wood. Gotoh UPT machine heads and a MISI active pickup installed.

Yes, that Beef wood makes a nice complement to the tiger myrtle. I remember a previous discussion about what sort of bindings match well with a very figured TM and the general consensus was that there were not many successful combinations. Ebony, or more Tiger myrtle. But I think this is an addition to that list.

Lovely instrument Allen. Can't see why Trevor would want to stop after this one.
