Using Mac 10.4 and Safari and the link above comes through in English. Could email you the words but the illustrations don't follow through.
Someone else here might be able to help with this issue but as I don't have said issue I am of little use.

Having investigated further - no. Never even opened that stuff up just used the rest of the tome. Will work on it.

Copy and paste the individual lines from the preface into Google and hit "translate this page"
There is stuff there which enlivens the sacred geometry concepts but nearly all covered in the scholarly text.
