What to do

Building my Kasha tenor.

Should I use a rosette or should i not? I wont be able to hide the rosette join!

One vote for Rosette. Just trim your binding carefully and you'd see bugger all of the join if any.

Tim, what about putting a bit of inlay in all for cardinals? That would cover up the join and not look like its a cover up.

I'm with Nick; even a simple rosette is worth it. Maybe pre-make a rosette and inlay it? I think segments allow a bit more latitude in the joinery as opposed to lines like BWBWB.
