Soundboard radius/ soundboard flattening

Hi,
I have a Cole Clark FL2 that needs its bridge hump flattened before fitting a new bridge . The soundhole dip needs to be flattened too.
I have a beam jig to do the hump area and jacks for the dip. I intend to add a stiffening brace afterward in the rear of the bridge area.

However, Im aware of the soundboard radius in this, and asking if I should be only flattening this area to that degree?
